Nader Wanis – Get a Free Lancer scammer!

One of the beauty’s of having your own blog, it gives you a voice to out people like the person this blog post is about.
I am going to post this info about this bloke in the hope no one else will the misfortune to do any more dealings with this bloke.
Generally he is a bloke who guarantees search engine placements, he did indeed tell a friend of mine that he would get his site to the top of the search engines in 60 days, impressive huh!
Let me get this correct his name is Nader Wanis and he is from Egypt his email address is naderwanis@gmail.com, he is a scammer and a con man do not use this man under any circumstances!
My friend did indeed cotton onto it being a con, as he tried to change the terms of the agreement after he had been paid. Interestingly the 60 days give him chance to avoid any claim backs from paypal etc.
My friend asked for his money back and had to go thru some ridiculous refund policy by a company called plimus.com who did eventually get his money back.
Anyhow your probably wondering what all the fuss is about, well here are the emails my friend received after asking for his money back. We couldn’t report him to get a free lancer as the project was agreed away from their site:
Hello
As the client know from the beginning ..
we do not offer refunds on marketing efforts
this is not a physical product that we ship
this is an online marketing service
so why after we start our service efforts suddenly .. even without communicating with us .. he request his refund after benefiting from our efforts
that is cheating
and we will not accept that .. if he continue requesting his refund .. we will report him to google and get his site BANNEDhope he reads that carefully
and start communication with usso this is our reply
either he takes back his refund request of we will report his illegal actions to google
Banned from Google huh, for asking for a refund a criminal offense huh lol. In fact distance selling law entitles people to a refund within a reasonable time frame, so it is indeed not cheating, and since when do Google get involved in financial disputes?
After posting another request on the rediculous plimus site, we got another email:
if it comes to that ..
we will submit your emails to google and will prove to them that you are cheating your way up their system and your name and site will be banned for ever ..we will give you 48 hours to cancel your dispute .. or we will report you and will make sure that your site (and your name ) will never be used to start a domain that would have any rank in google any more
if you cancel your dispute .. we will continue working with your project .. just to prof to you we do not mean any harm
but .. if you will not cancel your dispute in paypal and plimu
we will wait for your reply
Interesting, since when has marketing been cheating ?
since day 1 .. before we accept your project .
you know that the results of that campaign needs around 60 days and it depends on google time table on changing that specific key word or key phrase positioning
please be specific on your choice .. for both of us to do his part either waytold you .. this is not a link building campaign .. our network know the system algorithms that control that positioning
and we will never show you or any one what we do to get people to that position … that is our inner busienss
we came to a point with you after your dispute that is not that good
we have 2 options here
1- you continue your dispute in paypal and plimus … and we report you and bann your name and domain
2- you cancel your dispute in both .. and we continue our project for youwe wish you the best

Of course these are just idle threats, and we are still waiting for my friends sites to be banned.

I would like to pick the above paragraph out of his last email, this is indeed CHEATING, but it probably doesn’t exist, his algorithms probably consists of a basic program that prints his name down the screen, on his C64 emulator.
My friend just ignored any more correspondence from him and didn’t email him anymore, plimus did indeed refund the money but I’m not sure if they banned him from their system, which they should have done.
So plimus did their jobs in the end, we complained about this user to him, but they still continue to let him send funds via plimus, shame on you plimus!
So your probably wondering how he gets sites to the first page on Google what is this wonderful algorithm, the guy sounds like a genius doesn’t he, see if you can guess how he does it lol, ill let you think for a min, go on keep thinking?

He uses AdWords, sets up an account and makes your site appear at the top of the page with his AdWords account lol!
If you are marketing sites, you will probably indeed have a few run ins with people trying to take your hard earned cash, all I can say is if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.
Anyone else have problems with this guy ?

Hmm interesting. He is on Freelancer.com and seem to have a lot of high reviews..
Still I had to google him and your blog came up.
We were thinking of giving him a project of generating traffic/sign ups to a social networking site. Now we are not so sure.

Yeah I know, he had lots of good reviews when I hired him, they are all FAKED.
He will probably give you a solution to your problems you cant resist as well, thats what he said to me, dont fall for it like I did, it was quite difficult to get my cash back as well.

Reviews are not worth the paper they are printed on to be brutally honest.
Some guy quoted me 4k to get NUMBER 1!!!one!”!! in google, then told me he would sort google out so that when someone searched for http://www.satinbow.co.uk it would come up in first place…….
This was 6 months ago when i first looked at SEO on my wifes new website.
2 days after that e-mail I had had my fill of the SEO scammers and thieths.

I know what you mean, so many people advertise SEO services in their signiture and then post for advice on the forums on the most basic aspects, anyone who calls themself an SEO expert clearly isnt lol, as SEO is a constantly changing industry, where no one could be an expert !
As for your sit it doesnt satingbow it doesnt look too bad, it could do with a little tweeking, maybe a little more textual content on there.

I was actually in a dilemma while selecting an SEO expert at a right price for my website when I came across this guy at freelancer.com. I am glad I googled him and landed on your blog.
My search for a SEO expert is still on and now I am more scared to decide on an expert, since it seems that even feedbacks can be forged, and every one promises a lot just to get business.
I got conned by Nader Wanis also! Also, stay away from: me-market.net !!! They are also scammers! they will take your money and once you dispute with Plimus or Paypal you are told that because it is not tangible it is hard to prove.

I paid 200 usd for getting top ten as initial payment on may 31 2010 and i have to pay another 200 usd when he completes,they started july 7th but no result till now. i requested refund.let me know how can i deal this steveo.
How did you pay though was it thru plimus ? if so you can file a dispute via them.
I requested a refund via plimus and had to wait quite a while, but I got my money back in the end.
Need to know how you paid him really to help you anymore, you should have 90 days before you wont be able to do anything, so you should have until sept.

Yes plimus. I requested refund yesterday.
Give it some time, It took a while to get my money back, in fact I would be inclined to call them, thats what I did, you might want to ask them why they are letting a scammer use their service still?
As I complained about him to them after I got my refund, you should be able to tell if your going to get your money back after you called them.
As they more or less agreed to get me my cash back, but it took about 7 days for me to receive it.

I didn’t get any response,its day three.I Ordered “keep 1st page Position in Google” for 200 usd. Its unlike what you guys paid.I always have doubt about freelance so i did a partial payment.
I really need a good guy to work with. It would be better if its from your referral.
