Thanks for the heads up on unscrupulous webbers. Giving money up front can be an expensive hard lesson learned. It can be a headache even to the reputable ones..should you attempt to cancel a service. My experience would say that while 'upfront pay' may be convenient, monthly is really easier on the frustration, anger, emotiion level. Another lesson learned. Keep up the good work!
